Civilian Info
Name: Dominique Eloise Marie-Sebastina des Vielles Mont-Clair, a.k.a. Elie Mont-Clair
Age: 16
Sex: Female
Alignment: Chaotic Good
Occupation: Pop Star
Face Claim: Watashi Okashi-chan (Jinrui wa Suitai Shimashita)
Physical Description: Long pale pink hair and lime green eyes, tall and slender, and usually wearing a pale green and white dress, unless she's hero-ing or performing.
Personality: Her personality changes somewhat depending on which splinters she has out, but her core personality is extremely (dare we say excessively?) sunny and cheerful when performing, and goes through the full range immediately after a performance as an after-effect of forcing it too much on-stage. When not overloaded or splintered, she tends to give off a calm and friendly "model student" vibe, but all the hi-jinks she's involved in is pure her; it's the other people that got dragged into it.

Weaknesses:- When she has Splinters active, she is incapable of the Splinter's emotion. The Splinter primarily is that emotion.
- When multiple parts of her have Invisibility active, if it gets shattered for one, it shatters for all.
- If a Splinter is apart from her for more than three days, she loses her connection to that Splinter and its corresponding emotion.
- The Splinter abilities can only be used by that particular Splinter, and only if it's separated (and the Core ability can only be used by the Core).
- After a Splinter has rejoined the Core, it can't be activated for at least an hour, as it takes that long for the Core to re-balance that particular emotion.
Other Equipment:
History: Long ago, there was a prophecy of a girl who would save us all. The prophecy spoke of her lineage, her appearance, and the hope and light she would bring. From the Mont-Clair line, a green-eyed, pink-haired princess would save the world. Ever since her birth, Elie has... been dodging that doggone prophecy like there was no tomorrow. She studied the popular TV shows, books, and comics, and made a point to not do any of the things heroes did. She was always on-time to school, avoided talking to any male transfer students, never monologued, so on and so forth. The Universe decided she simply didn't have the abilities she needed, and periodically bestowed a gift completely unrelated to the ones it had already given her in an effort to get her to pursue her heroic destiny. It never worked. When things started to look like The Universe would finally pull the rug out from under her and force her on her quest, she decided to leave home and go somewhere where heroes were the norm (or at least not uncommon) and hopefully trick the Universe to make her "special" by making her normal. Whether this worked or not is anyone's guess; when Mom found out Dad had let her little girl flee the sacred Mont-Clair responsibility by going to another continent, she sent her daughter a letter telling her, in no uncertain terms, that if she ever wanted to come home or receive her allowance, she'd better get to hero-ing quick. What The Universe couldn't do in a lifetime, Mom and her pocketbook did in one read.
Resigned to her fate, Elie registered herself as a Super, allowing her core self to be known, but registering her splintered selves secretly. She became a magical pop star, and with her dual idol/super identity quickly rose in popularity. She makes a point of sending clippings of any news story involving herself to her mother.
Anything Else? Still working on this character, and wanting to solidify my other character more before bringing Elie in, but I wanted to get the idea down before I lost it. Still hammering out Splinter abilities as well.
